Cosmo's Midnight & BTS Join Forces for 'Fly To My Room'

Sydney’s prolific sibling act, Cosmo’s Midnight and South Korean pop supergroup BTS have come together for new collaborative track “Fly To My Room, out via Big Hit Entertainment and taken from BTS’ latest full-length record and #1 iTunes album, BE.

The idyllic cross-continent pop team-up fuses all the finest assets from each party, with Cosmo’s Midnight providing their production and songwriting mastery to the slinky pop track. Twangs of 70's keys lead a steady percussive beat, juxtaposed with the K-Pop group’s explosive blend of raps, blissed-out harmonies and chorus hooks. Instantly irresistible, the prolific Australian duo’s signature acumen breathes through the track, calling on their newly carved out sonic identity and proving their chameleon-like expertise in all corners of music, no matter the style or scale.

Unveiled on Friday, November 20, "Fly To My Room" has already surged to #14 in the Spotify 200 charts and #4 on the US iTunes charts. Cosmo’s Midnight say of the track: “It was a dream come true to write a song with BTS! We’ve always been fans of their music but when they reached out for us to collaborate we were completely blown away.”

“Fly To My Room” arrives one week after Cosmo’s Midnight shared their supernatural video and HONNE remix for “A Million Times”, taken from their sophomore album, Yesteryear out now via Sony Music (Australia), RCA Records (USA) &Black Butter Records (UK). The track also follows the duo’s announcement that they will reopen live music at the Sydney Opera House on December 10 with two scheduled shows. Tickets are on sale now to the celebratory moment, which marks the duo’s only hometown live performances for the remainder for 2020, and will see the live debut of their brand new four-piece show.
