Australian music’s Junglist that was promised, Club Angel comes to claim the crown with his forthcoming second studio EP Soundbwoy’s Destiny, due out March 14 via Astral People Recordings and announced today alongside the release of latest single ‘Babylon’s Burning’. 

In yet another exceedingly impressive display of high-octane club muscle from the prodigiously talented Eora/Sydney-based producer and DJ, ‘Babylon’s Burning’ sounds exactly as its title implies - a subterranean bacchanalia of reggae samples as chaotic breakbeats, rubbery digital synths and soulful horns frantically rain down. Of the track, Club Angel shares: “‘Babylon’s Burning’ is a true jungle cut at heart - which is music that has had a profound effect on me over the years”.
